The service provided from all of the staff from start to finish was excellent. All the staff were friendly as well as knowledgeable and experienced. They gave us great recommendations and advice. The service they provided was very thorough and detailed to ensure no errors. The choice of blind types and colours etc is vast. Brilliant service from start to finish. Victoria is really knowledgeable and helpful. Ash is too and who knew there were so many blind options.Allen the fitter was brilliant, neat and tidy. The blinds were measured perfectly and look fab. We have also ordered some shutters and can’t wait to see it all finished. The provided temp blinds whilst ours were being made which was great. Clitheroe Blinds fitted new shutters in my apartment recently. I am very impressed with the workmanship and the fitting. It took several hours for Mo and Azar to fit them and the completed job is exceptional in my opinion. The firm are easy to deal with and come highly recommended by myself.

I have recently had two sets of blinds installed by the team at Clitheroe Blinds. From my first visit, and providing their guidance and recommendations all the way to installation the service has been first class. Not the best, had 3 off them a roller, vertical and perfect fit, all had issues roller botched when made, vertical had very bad creases and perfect fit was a faulty unit, replaced roller and vertical, vertical was fine after a while and roller was not level ( even though the first one was), they came out and would not sort the roller saying it was window, and perfect fit there was nothing wrong even though there was, rufused to do anything but took all the money, quite rude really, would not go there again, terrible firm.the resonce you have given is not quite true, the first roller fit level, which if it was the wall that would have been unlevel too,but it wasn't , and you can say the perfect fit was OK but it really wasn't, so don't make it out it was me being awkward, it was not,.

Cannot recommend Clitheroe Blinds enough. The staff in all aspects of the job were friendly. After initially making our choice of blinds they sent out someone to measure up. This gentleman advised us that the blinds we'd chosen might not be the best for the french doors and recommended the perfect fit and we're glad he did. Alan came to fit the blinds and once again friendly and professional throughout. Great service all round. Would highly recommend.
